fao bristolmini mad or any other paint colour expe

ive been told that my mini is in ford royal blue, can anyone confirm if this colour exists nowadays or if its an old colour etc...?

You could take your motor to a good automotive paint supplier and get them to check it to a swatch it may not be a 100% match but it really depends on paint fade etc. If it looks like a match I'm sure that they can mix you up a can or a couple of litres if your planning to spray it yourself.
The Paint codes are all still available for older ford colours it's just that they don't paint their cars with that particular colour nowadays!

I'm re-spraying my car in a long forgoten MG colour from the seventies!

the colour is still around just not used on modern cars. if you go to a paint supplier in your area they can check the colour against your car so you can have a perfect match.

Just a thought ... Huey is Ford IMPERIAL Blue, which is still available ... it has a hint of purple, almost a flip effect ... is that the one you mean Lora, or are there two different colours with similar names?
