can someone please tell me why the forum is making me wait 5 minutes between sending PM's ?????

is this something i've done is it another attempt to make this place a pain in the arse to use, just like the new classified section, oh and the search function

anyway, taffy, i'll PM you back when the forum grows up

The forum as to protect peoples privacy and computers.

If you search or goto the feedback section of the forum, theres a topic discussing this and you can read the reason why it was implemented on there.
