5 hours till the MOT on the mpi cooper, and foolishly I left it till this morning to check the lights. it turns out I've no side lights, no rear lights or rear fog light. so the only thing working is main beam front full beam front indicators and brake lights.
its been funny for a while, when you put full beam on the radio cuts out and kicks back in after going through the code again.
i'm thinking earthing problem? where are the earths?
and any other ideas?
5 hours and counting, and i'm pretty annoyed!
emergency

nothing worse than waiting for an MOT, yes there is, its getting to an MOT station and being told that the MOT database system is down and so there will be at least 30 mins before they can start. been picked up by a mate and am now sitting by the phone waiting for them to call me, its been over an hour and I dunno if its started or what? the nerves are getting to me!

failed!
offside front bearing.
booked in again on monday, was gonna do it myself but the garage will charge full price for the retest if they don't do the work on it so its not worth it, i'll only save about £10 by doing it myself.
now all I need to do is buy a new engine and put that in
