its the upper ball joints you have to watch!! you need to have an inch or 27mm of movement in the supension before you hit the bump stop or you may well break the upper ball joint. if you want to lower the car more try removing the spacer to the body and subframe.

around 15mm gap from top arm and bump stop...... is 25mm wheell move up-down...
is that corrent ??

I think the dimension I've described as "this dimension" is known as the backspace dimension.

*goes off to google*

i bought ball bearings from Renault and i make the rear arm with it inside ....
so i bought 2 Renault hubs (5χ100) and two axle shafts with open diff from 106/saxo (it is the same with Renault)
this cars is front wheell drive and i believe that will hold with shafts angles
the other which make me decide this parts was that 106/saxo is very nervous cars and maybe hold.. (a friend of mine have 106 turbo 400hp)
.......and i have all lot of this parts for free....

progress for today..:
i finish the conversion to chain diff..... i will post pics..... tomorrow
piece of art

i have electrical question......

i want to extend the bike wiring loom to the front of the car...........on/off ,lights , starter button , flasher ......................

the problem is to the immobilizer( 4 cables)
and to the front instruments (i think 10 cables)

if i cut and extend this cables, then the "signal" maybe "break" (change) and give for example wrong revs per min....
or the immobilizer maybe lock, is that possible.????????

what i must do to extend this case of loom....

sorry for my poor English i hope you understand my question....
