yes please do. Im in the UK so dont know how we can get the panels over here for us to make moulds from, but if we can sort something which lets us make the tools to make them.
I know someone with a mini van, original too so gunna speak to him about looking at his van for a mould, but dunno how we'd be able to take a mould from the van without marking/damaging the van.

im looking to make some, but first i need to find one to make a copy of. Then its finding the right thickness steel and working out costs. If i get the template, i suppose a small batch could be made.

Jordie how are you proposing to have these made? Forming something that large would require a pretty massive press not to mention the cost of having a die made for it.
Has anyone thought of email M-Machine about this, they're very good at making low volume specialist panels and are already set up with the machinery.

we make the two sides from wood and use our press (its quite big, from a factory) to press the metal into shape between the two pieces of wood.
We have allready made our own floor panels, A panel repair sections etc. Its the time taking the mould and making it in wood, the pressing of the metal is fairly easy on a flat metal panel such as these.
