Just to add i would also be interested in some of these panels as ive just started on my estate and am looking to convert to a van. I was going to weld some plates on and refit the picture frames but a proper panel would be a bonus

I will see if i can make a panel which is similar to the original van panel, but im not saying it will be the same as i dont have a template to take from.
At least it would look better than a flat panel or the windows replaced with a flat panel.

DSN won't list them. They have had a pair sat in their workshop for the last few years I believe. Occasionally see them at shows, so they might have gone. Can't hurt to ring.

We too are about to emark on a "clubvan" conversion; looks like we will have to go down the route of sheet metal and picture frames, unless there is a cost effective solution out there?

I now have a complete van with both panels in, so we will be looking to make these panels from fibreglass very soon.
Post here if your interested. Price to be confirmed dependent upon production time and costs.

At the moment, a fibreglass panel from the swage line just below the clubby estate window. (the line where the lower 1/4 panel would goto). The panel would be to the door edge, to under the roof gutter and to the back of the estate/van.
Currently we would be selling these panels as is, so you can decide if you bond them on, add brackets etc. Later we will also make kits with a "fitting kit" to convert an estate to a van using these fibreglass panels.
We have done the first mould today, it looks fantastic. We are hoping to lay up the mould to create a panel tomorrow or friday. I can tell you the fibreglass panel/mould is alot stronger than the metal panels we have, the panel doesnt flex like the metal one so you wont need the support as found on the original vans.
We would post to ireland at cost yeah
I am a registered trader on TMF, incase anyone out there doesnt know that.

First pull from the mould. Near side panel shown. Few minor defects in the gel coat, which would be fixed when preped and painted anyhow. But will improve the mould to stop this on the next pull. Note this picture shows it as it is pulled from the mould, no trimming or tidying as took place, or prep work.
Thats the full panel from swage line to the roof, the B post join (slanted edge at top of B post) and to rear edge of the panel. So you could trim down and blend in or use the full panel and blend in depending on what your fitting it too etc.
Anyone interested show interest now, as we will be producing these shortly to sell. Price estimated at £150 a pair including next working day UK courier service*.
* next working day from dispatch. products not in stock or produced to order will be sent next day delivery after completion.

Mocked up on my clubman estate.
My friend is busy making brackets so we can fibreglass stainless steel brackets into this and rivet into the window channel...... Bit of bonding adhesive around the edges then prep/filler the edges....perfect.
Hopefully you can see what it will look like with some prep and paint
