every time I wash my car, the passenger interior gets washed too. this comes from the top of the door, I can see water pouring in.
I changed the door seal and got a very slight improvement in keeping the car wash out.
I measured the gap at the top of the door to car body( when shut) and the gap is twice as much as the gap on the drivers side (which is dry).
I cant see anyway to adjust the door, can someone tell me a way to do so.
huge gap in door

Got the same prob on both doors. Have a look at where the window frame joins the door. have you got any small cracks. Apparently it is a common problem where the top of the door starts to bend out slightly. Not sure ofhow to fix it, keep thinking that I might just bend it back and put small welds in offending areas, but ntoo scared to try incase I end up ripping window frame right off

there are 2 hinges which bolt through the hinge panels behind the 'A' panels.
Shims are available to fit between the hinges themselves and the hinge panel, which allows you to adjust the door up and down.
It might be that you need to fit a shim or two in the bottom hinge to pivot the door upwards and allow it to fit properly.
Have you checked the door latch which mounts on the 'B' pillar? if this is incorrectly positioned it could also cause a similar problem.
It took me and clubmankatie b.f and my dad 2 hours to get the doors on my Clubby fitting properly, so if yours have ever been removed the people doing it have probably not taken the time to do it correctly.
