I know this topic has been covered before butting having searched I can quite find the answer to my question.

If converting from 8.4" brake setup to a Cooper S 7.5" setup do the the driveshafts have to be changed?

Cheers

nope, the CV's and driveshafts are the same, for the pot joint driven cars anyway, which yours will be if you're converting from 8.4's.

as long as you have the pot joint type then just change the calipers, discs and drive flange!
