Does anyone know what size tool you need to ream the bush when you install the radius arm repair shaft????

You need to find an engineering works to do this... unless you have the reamer it'll cost you more than a raduis arm to buy one...

Best option is to buy reconditioned units which only cost 30 quid a side..

the bush needs to be reamed in parallel to the bearing, so the correct reamer is very long, and has a lead that locates in the bearing to keep them in line.
so unless the place you go has one of these reamers, or you have one, it will be cheaper to buy a recon arm as guessworks says.
