My dad has had these stone things three times now. The last time he ended up passing one and then passing out himself from the pain, so kinda know what you're going through and really don't envy you! He had the lazer in the end, hope they won't come back again. He's now banned from eating cheese etc.
It's dinner time now, what's the grub like at your hospital?

well been told chesse milk etc is good for them as is drinking as you do that late at night which is when you need the fliuds
i drink 2/3 litres of squash a day everyday at work plus more at home
but need to drink more in the evening as its at night when your urine is more concentrated that stones are formed so need to drink more fliuds before bed
