what differance over normal

advatage?

also duplex timing gear is it worth me geting for my spec/what it diff from simplex

Duplex is worth while for more accurate cam timing, but i never bother with them as i've had no probs with simplex chains.

Leave the standard drive pully on, it is also a vibration damper for the crank, putting a lightened one on will do nothing for preformance, but might introduce a few new vibrations...

Unless its a vernier type, a duplex will not give you more accurate valve timing
Unless you do 30,000 miles or more

iv got a simplex type, its fine on my engine though the cam timing is 1.5 deg retarded so im looking a a veneer set at 45 as well as a light weight fly wheel
