Hi Guys,
My first post, so apologies if this question has already been asked before!
I have a 2004 Cooper S and have a warning light on the dash that I don't know what it means (third from left). The light is a yellow circle with 3 dashes on both sides outside the circle, and can't find my manual to let me know what it means. The steering pump has recently been replaced on the car so i'm guessing it may need resetting after that, just wanted to make sure.
Thanks in advance of any help!!
Cheers,
John

Best asking on the MINI2 forum as that is mainly BMW Mini owners whereas on here its mainly Classic Mini owners. Your more likely to find someone who knows on the MINI2 forum.
Good luck though hope you get it sorted.
edit: thought the light you describe though, sounds like a fog light indicator, check your light switches to see if you have anything on thats not usually on.

minimum safe limit for lining wear"
Needs checking ASAP

I have a bmw mini aswell as a proper one, and you can reset this light ( once the pads are changed) by leaving the ignition in position 1 for 30 seconds... it worked on mine anyway!
