Great to see another person from the midlands with a mini :)
Where abouts are you from?
And seems you paid the same amount as me in the end mine cost me £1600 but I brought the first car I saw and it has been alright thus far just changing the brakes to 4 pots that is a never ending nightmare.
I too am 17 and have a mini test booked for early november cant wait to drive it without l plates lol :)
Since buying have convinced 3 other mates to buy them as well cause they all loved mine so much lol so now 4 17 year old's with mini's in walsall alone lol will have to get a little meet on the go once we are all passed lol:)

O wow, just thought id drag this up from the past.

Over two years later, its had two new sills, two new steps, a rear subframe, new wheels, new everything, iv spent thousands.

How young and cute do i sound in my older posts!

Wow how two years changes

I'm glad you did, been really interesting to read the thread about your highs and lows of mini buying. Glad you finally managed to find the one for you, even if it has cost you possibly more than the price you paid for it. It really is a love affair owning a mini I guess, you spend all your time and money on them and then they go and break your heart when you need them most! :P
