Well done on winning car of the year, I would love to hear more about the car as I thought that a K20 was to much of a squeeze for the front. I would love to upgrade a mini with a K20 and then give my younger brother a run for his money in his '04 Civic Type R.

if your brother had a enzo this would stomp it its a z cars mini the engine is mid mounted behind the seats

Congrats on the award and it was fascinating watching you feeling your way around at Combe. You seemed to be gingerly giving it a bit of wellie on the straights and the acceleration was awesome. Good luck with the development.

running 9's on the rear, got some pics alongside chris's race car which he kindly took me round the track in and what a machine it was the grip it had was unreal it was so nimble it made my car drive like an elephant!

Well what can i say had an amazing day at castle combe managed to give the car a reasonable shake down, engine was un real but the cars current setup was not right for the amount of power it had,she was a bit sloppy round the bends so had to take it a bit easy!, so a bit of suspention tweaking should sort that bit out! the car to look at was very impressive so much so that it won Miniworld best car 2009 so all in all very pleased.

No didnt manage to get any incar footage, but im back at brands on friday doing a feature with road and track magazine so it will be good to test the new tyres and suspension setup, weve also changed the angle of the engine slightly aswell so looking forward to friday and will post some pics up.

managed to get some nice pics of the finished car at brands, and the car now handles amazing we used a differant back tyre uprated the shocks and lowered the car an inch then tilted the engine to align the drive shafts, unfortunatly we had an intermitant electrical fault which put a halt on my session but the laps i did do were very promising there was'nt much that could keep up and it felt very confident round the bends, track and race magazine done a good photo shoot and feature on my car and chris's race car together so look forward to that forth coming issue, in the mean while ill post a few pics of the day.
