I've worked out that I need an AAA needle for my stage 1 kit on my 998cc. The thing I don't know is if I need a 'fixed' or 'spring' needle. It's a HS4 carb. Please help asap. I need to get this ordered from minispares; or does anyone have one laying about?

Gutted, I just sent one back as they Burlen Fuel Suplies sent it to me by mistake.
I should get one from them as they are cheaper than the other stockists, you can buy it off their website too This is the one you want spring loaded.

Just use the spring that is in there now.
