Yesdoes the fan work ?
It isthis might sound silly but could it be that the heater is not plumbed in?
I dont think so, i replaced it.maybe a seized thermostat?
Its never worked properly :erm:

Thats not daft at all. There was a time when i thought that was the choke!dont want to sound daft but u sure uve got the tap open to let the hot water go from the engine to the heater inside the car ?
Then i realised that fuel injected cars don't have one!

No i havent, but i have flushed the system. You taken the heater matrix out to get all the carp out?
Is it possible that that could be the problem?
Is it an easy job?

Thing is, Ive got a blowing exhaust manifold, Need heater fixing, AND need to build a trailer.
I work Full time (8.30am - 7pm) VERY long hours.
Anyway, As ive got 2 minis, (One for salvage) Im going to nick the heater out of that one.
Also I need to change the thermostat anyway. is it based under that metal bracket thing on the engine block Where the upper rad Hose goes into?
