hi, i have a 1988 mini mayfair i bought it and have out new superlights on it and i have had new sills welded on, new doorsteps and a couple of other bits patched up. how much would you pay for it? it has a months tand t on it still however it would be sol with 12 months t and t.
NOT SELLING IT AS I LOVE IT, JUST CURIOUS AS TO WHAT ITS WORTH.

Tidy looking Mini you got there. Like the different coloured interior. 
I got an 1989 Mini, same as yours, just a different colour. No rust. Came with the same steelies as yours. Put the same new wheels as yours.
I payed £1700 for mine, 36000 miles on the clock. Dont know if that helps at all. Id like to think id get more for mine if i was to sell it, since iv done a lot of work on it. New bearings/balljoints and things of that nature.
Its hard for anyone to say how much its worth since its only worth what someones prepared to pay. Also because pictures can lie, as i found out while searching for months and months looking for mine
