How have you tried to contact him/her ?

It's always better to find a solution, it may just be that they are away on holiday or working away or their computer has died etc....... =]

Hope you get your parts though :xmas:

Yes I have tried to contact him - last time he answerd my PM on 12th of November saying that my items were posted on the 11th. When I asked for postage receipt he went silent and there are no answers for my PM or emails. He didn't respond to Paypal as well.
And these days when there's internet acces everywhere computer breakdown is not an excuse... :xmas:

Please contact Retro10's as above and he will try to assist you in resolving the matter.

We do remind people to take every possible precaution when buying and selling items as it is the buyer/sellers responsiblity.

Paying via paypal in this case as helped you because if the situation cannot be resolved, Paypal will get your money back and trace the seller.

This time Paypal is rather useless, this is what they sent me after my claim:

"After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favour, however, we were unable to recover any
funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement,
recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future,
and will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may
include issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the
account. Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors, including
member complaints, to determine when to take action. Due to privacy laws,
we cannot discuss the details of any action taken. We hope you understand
our policy and that it reassures you that you are safe using PayPal. "
