here my opinion -

new front end - will increase the value but it depends upon how well its been done and what panels were used.
mk1 grill - its like marmite, u either like the look or you dont. doesnt do anything for value as its just a grille.
de-bumpered front valance - will devalue the price
removeable bonnet - prob done with pis so the bonnet will just around the pins, doesnt affect value.
replaced the doors - same as comment for front end
sills repaired - not good as it means the rest of the sills will need work or replacing
one patch on the drivers foot well (no other rust on the floors)
6 point roll cage - prob devalue the price as not many people like them or the way they are fitted.
g-max lowered shock absorbers all round - again nice but lowering it makes speed bumps even worse so prob not the best.
hi-lows on the rear - ok not bad but not great value. new cones would have been nice.
mk1 rear lights - so some conversion kit has been used on the panels. unless done right it will looks awful.
de-bumpered rear valance - same commet as front valance
mk1 styled bootlid - no value impact
3 point safety harness - people prefer ordinary seat belts
new headlining - good point for value but again how good does it look as they are right pain in the backside to fit.
halogen head lights - good but only small effect on value
rebuilt front subframe with polyflex bushes - good but no effect on value - just might help sell easier
all new front subframe mounts/engine mounts - good but no effect on value - just might help seller easier.
new clutch and pressure plate - small effect on value but people expect a clutch to work in order to sell a car for a decent price
checkered dash liners - no impact on value
3 clock centre binacle - no real value and not standard.
speedwell woodrimmed steering wheel - worth £25
alloy minifin rear drums - worth £25
all underneath has been cleaned and painted with several coats of hammerite, and stonechip - nothing for value
boot floor, interior floor, door steps, frant and rear valance also stone chipped - nothing for value
6x10 weller wheels - not eveyones cup of tea. difficult to affect price
group 6 arches with chrome trim - same as wheels
new lock set - bonus - one key does all, but no real effect on price
new chrome tex door mirrors - worth nothing, all minis should come with mirrors
full respray inside and out (could do with a cut and polish) - very good selling point and should affect the price by around £500-£750.

Your problem is alot of what you have done is personal to the car and you.
Alot of the mods are either love them or hate them.

The respray is the biggest value increaser.
Full MOT will also be a major seller.

Everything else is just nitbits and even if you add all of it up it probably wont effect the value by more than £100 or so.

If you get a young lad that really likes what you've done then I would say a fair price would be something around the £2750 mark.
If you cant then £2000 is probably an average market price.

Most dealers would steer away from buying it as its too modified for them.

you need to price it well and just sit and wait.

I agree with most of the above but value it in the current market at 1500 - 1750 as a realistic selling price.

lovely car and almost identical to what im aiming for. I if I was still looking I would pay 2.5 maybe. That being from someone who is trying to build a car almost identical to yours.
