If it's got MOT/TAX I would say the least it'll be worth is about £850-£1250. With modifications the price will increase although if you didn't tell them when you took your policy out they may try and squirm out of it.
by the way I love how your 6x9's are placed on the parcel shelf

mot and tax both until march 2010

If your dealing with insurance, I would say around the £1200 mark, although may be less with that many miles on the clock. How bad was the damage?

Any pictures of the crash damage? If they do say its only worth £300, ask if you can buy it back from them. Good Luck.
I'll give you £301 for it

hi there,
If your dealing with insurance, I would say around the £1200 mark, although may be less with that many miles on the clock. How bad was the damage?
Could you not get it valued (pre accident condition) and give the certificate to the insurers?

I haven't a clue to be honest with you, maybe try your local Mini club? (I don't belong to one yet ) Run out and buy the Miniworld mag - there might be some info in the back of it - if not it'll still be a good read.
I take it your claiming on his insurance?
