Hey,

Don't buy from CarAudioSecurity!!!!!!!
They are terrible. I ordered a set of speakers from them about 3 weeks ago and they still haven't dispatched them!!!!
I've tried contacting them by email and it doesn't work. I tried ringing them twice and there was no answer. There is no way to cancel the order as there is no one at the end of a line. I'm going to ring them again and hope they pick up so i can rant at them for being rubbish

this happened to me also from this company

i bought a head unit not received after 2 weeks so phone them again and again until answer was told it was posted the day i phoned

another week later still nothin back on the phone took about an hour to get someone on the phone they did not even know where it was was told they would phone me back (never did)

phoned them next again day and finaly got a refund!!!!!

dont recomend to anyone

It was on a debit card. So i'm not sure.

One other thing. They have 3 stages for dispatch. 1. Pending 2. Processing and 3. Dispatched.
A few days after i ordered it, it said Processing. I looked a few days ago and its back to pending.

Yeah, good point but if they were closed they wouldn't of processed my order and then reverted it back to pending

Rang them up today. I got an answer
Apparently the delay was due to loosing my order invoice......... Its amazing how quick they found it once i rang up
They sent it out today and i should get it tomorrow i hope. If the delivery man/woman can get to my house.

I ordered a big amount from them about 6 months back and i had to say that i had a few problems with them, however they were very nice and efficient in sorting everything out . i recieved my stuff next day delivery as they said because of the trouble they didnt want to delay me getting my things.

Bit of a clumsy company but really nice and very quick to resolve any issues.
