Hello just wanted again a realistic idea of what I should but my mini up for as will be for sale in a couple of months after I have some work done as going to uni and cannot afford to keep it really :D
I had a minor shunt did not go on the book and only needed a new bonnet and front pannal but probably going to put a whole new front panals on anways because going to have the car resprayed in focus st orange again so the front will be literally brand new and paint job will be a good finish as before
Engine is a 998 Lump
Having a cooper 295 head skimmed to correct compression a HS4 Carb fitted and set up properly by smart performance
Has uprated shocks all round and underneath is very solid
Is running vented 4 pots on the front and minifins on the rear
Has like new superstar 12x6 alloys
Smoothed in arches done properly so that the wheels fit nicely
Interior has a decent spec stereo sub in boot, amplifier and 6 speakers as well as a touch screen headunit
Mamba Bucket Seats with rear trimmed to match
Have some custom black with orange stiching door cards ready to fit and headlining will be done to match
Fairly new chrome all round
Has done 73,000 miles with a tiny bit of history available
Not a show winner but at shows get a hell of a lot of attention and is a clean car
Well once I fix the damage again anways :D

Bump
Will have a lot of various add ons compared to before
was going to stick up for 3250 and settle for about 3k or something as long as after the respray is just as good as it was before it should be better if anthing though :D
does this sound about right?

It is not for sale yet as the valuation states I am going to have a new front end on and the car resprayed again before I sell it. It will be ready in about 2 - 3 months time ;D
Just wondered whether the price is about right or not :)
I seem to have a few people emailing me asking if its for sale even though I have stated it is not even ready yet lmao :s so hopefully the figure will not be far off

As stated at top
Engine is a 998 Engine with a 12g295 head and HS4 Carb with a worked inlet which is going to be setup on the rolling road before sale
Could stick a 1275 in if was worth while.....

I think you're aiming at the right ball park figure, but has to be spot on for the 3k figure. Would not worry too much about the mechanics, spend money on getting it reliable rather than uprating...

Regarding the colour, and slightly OT, where do you get the paint as the Ford ST orange is notoriously expensive.

Car was resprayed when I brought
Dads mate is going to respray done for me as he is getting him over a grands worth of sheets for nothing
I may have to pay for paint yet just not labour so how much we talking £100 a litre or something?
Had budged like £300 for paint to redo the front end if needs be
