thinking of selling my 1275 a series engine and box. was apparently refurbished but burnt oil when it was put in. dont have the money to rebuild it at the moment (umemployed student) :D and my 998 has never let me down.

the cylinder head is currently off. but the rest of the engine is in one piece. apart from the buring oil the engine and box were all good and alot quicker than the 998. dont know the millage. so its an engine project,

just want an estimate to see is it worth selling or hanging onto till i have the money to rebuild.

thanks elliot.

I'd say hang onto it. I don't see you getting loads of money for it (seeing as the mileage is un-known, its stripped AND its burning oil) so I wouldn't see any point in selling it.

Once you've got a bit of money spare I'd throw it into her and re-build her, the way I wanted. Shes worth more to you than anyone else.
