Very nice car, what does it feel like with the R1 lump compared to the A series? I bet you don't see many other Minis cruising around town. I think I only saw 2 when I came to CA and they where both in the same driveway.
First second are useless and third as well if you don't ease into it. The A series has around 50hp while the R1 has 150hp and 11,500RPM. Hit the power band and you have to hold the wheel with a deathgrip.
Its the fastest car I've ever driven.
I've only seen 4 other mini's in LA.

VERY NICE! I've been interested in the Pro-motive conversions since I first heard about them, good to hear of one somewhat near by.
Word. I'm all over LA and daily driving it so keep an eye out!
