Ive got at least 3 sets of alloys which need refurbing! one set are shot blasted and im getting the rims re-cut!
whats the best paint process for them as I was going to etch primer them and then use 2 pack and lacquer?
I have been toying with the idea of anodising them as well depending on cost.
Any suggestions?

2 pack is the best paint to use as it is far tougher than cellulose (spray cans)
and Etch priming is the way to start as the etch will bite into the wheel giving excellent adhesion.
I take it you have the proper aparatus for 2 pack spraying ?
This is toxic stuff and you dont want to be breathing it in..!
You can anodise and put a clear laquer over it, kit available from frost

kit is £62.. loads of colours available

What about stove enamelling or powder coating.

powder coating is the way forward for wheels. Its really cheap too.
Down my street theres a factory called CCS which do powdercoating. They once did my BMX frame for £20.
They do annodised colours too.
