okay this is getting ridiculous :)

more and more problems keep coming up!

Anyway, at the back my car is leaning towards the driver's side. It's about 6-8mm lower than the left side..

In a few days I'm going to be lowering my rear suspension by grinding a bit off the trumpets (or whatever, according to blueminis tech article on the website).

Can I just lower the right a bit more than the left?

Or do you think its the knuckle joints? Anyway to check if they're okay or not?

Its odds on that its the knuckel. NO you can't cut a bit more off the otherside to compensate.

To lower the car Cut the trumpets. Do NOT grind them they are alloy and alloy will clog a grinding wheel up and possably explode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can only check them by removing, you will probably find that the nylon housing that they sit in has worn away

I know, i meant cut, just wrote grind because cut makes it seem like im gonna chop it in two

I'll just exchange knuckles from my other car then (cant afford to order yet another thing off the internet for now)

You can't swap the knuckels. The nylon housing is pushed into the trailing arm and you will not be able to swap this over. Unless you change the whole arm.

the nylon cup at the bottom of the knuckle does come out. but usually its stuck in there so hard that you usually bugger it up getting it out. you can buy just the nylon cup, or you can buy a complete new knuckle for just a little more. they dont cost much£2-3 is about average, but the postage to cyprus would be more i'd expect.

You might also find that its the rubber cone has gone soft, Blue sufferend from this on the drivers side, i jus componsated with the Hi-Lo's, but on corners or bumps, it used to bottom out.

I'll just swap between the two cars in that case, since it looks like the cones on the clubman are in good condition!

If its still leaning, ill order some knuckles in a few weeks time!
