Hi old friend,

i have used Heritage Insurance, at a cost of £190 fully comp, locked in garage. 3000 miles per year, they seem more inclined to insure you if you where part of a mini club. will do agreed valuation on car if you have photos of the build which I am sure you have.
Not sure it will be this price again ,but they where good and understood what the cars where and that you built it yourself so love it all the more. :( ADRIAN FLUX reads a chart thats say group 19 out of 20, hit him with a big bill.,

I've used 2gether insurance, £205 with 3000 miles and agreed value, as opposed to £530 with Sureterm.

Just phoned Sureterm to renew my policy (who I have been with for the last few years) and they have informed me that they now decline to offer me any insurance! And I'm an old git at 46 yrs old.

Did they give any reasons as to why?

Yes. They stated that Equity Red Star were "getting nervous about insuring these vehicles".

So I did some phoning and within half an hour was re-insured through Adrian Flux with...wait for it......Equity Red Star.
A few quid more than Sureterm but al least its insured again. Maybe Sureterm had underinsured it or something. Don't know why they gave me the scare story though.
