hi,
To start with I have a 1993 rio...on the dsn classics websiteDSN classicsthere are hologen headlap conversions either with pilot or without?? any ideas which one i need? and what's the difference??

also, my headlamp ring won't screw into the plastic bowl due to the hole being enlarged, on the same page could i just buy a steel headlamp bowl...or do i need the complete set?(ie.with retainer, gasket etc)

thanx in advance

Buy new plastic bowls seperately rather than using metal bowls (they rust out in no time as they get sprayed with road salt all the time from the wheels), these will need to be fitted with some nice big blind rivets and a rivet gun (you'll need to drill out the old rivets to remove the old one). They come with the retainer ring and gasket included and are a lot cheaper than steel ones.

A pilot light is the side lamp, Clubman has a seperate side light and so doesn't have one in the headlamp itself, but your car will need lamps with pilot lights.
