Need One Of These For My R1 Engine

its an Air Intake Sensor and fits to the fuel rail. My engine didnt have one when i bought it and they are proving hard to get hold of. Mines a 5PW but think it might be the same on earlier models. does anyone have a spare knocking around?

Try Malcolm at yorkshire race engines ( bec specialist ) he often told me he had buckets of spares and ancillaries as most his customers only want basic engines and gearboxes

They aren't fitted on the carb engines, only used for the injection

cheers Roofless - Malcolm came up trumps with the part i need and it was a quarter of the price Yamaha wanted for a new one.
this will now mean my engine is complete and i can start wiring it up
