I have to say it wasn't as big as I was expecting! Didn't buy anything but did manage to sniff out the freebies within an hour of getting there

It was great meeting all the forum people who made it through to the Sunday - so glad I hadn't camped now

highlight was definately trying to take down our club stand gazebo in the wind with not enough people - good job Mark wasn't there with his camera :)

Hi Guys,

I went to Mini45 on Sunday, didn’t see you guys there, where were you?? Ah well.

Got a shiny new grill + surrounds.
A steering coloum lowering bracket.

And a splitfire cable. (Dont know if you saw them demonstrating it but they split the spark into 5 separate sparks so ifs more efficient).

Took along my digital camera so got a few pics and videos of Russ Swift on 2 wheels which was ace!

It could have been bigger though.

Oh and flyered 10 cars outside on Sunday and gave out 2 flyers. (All i could print out as my printer is nackered)

And my mini forum sticker was put on on saturday for all to see!!!!

mcm:

I got a grill with surrounds for £54 and made them throw in a steering lowering bracket for free. This was on the mini sport stand. It was about £15 cheaper than in the shop normally.

It wasnt the cheapes grill but it was a heritage one and was good quality, not like some of the grills I saw. So I was happy. :)

I was talking to one of the traders - he said it would've cost him £6000 for the size stand he wanted :saywhat: perhaps thats why there weren't that many there...
