Collected the spare wheel from being refurbished. It still had the original tyre from 1993 on it so it wasn't in very good shape.

Is this the most festive masking paper in the world?

Probably :D

Almost 2 litres of lovely flame red splurged on, a bit of cutting back and polishing required :shy:

It'll stop well now too :) I have the same on mine but find the pads are quite dusty....

But on mine....

Refitted the Maniflow LCB and centre pipe after changing to the standard exhaust maniflow and cat for the MoT last month....

Feels so much better, sounds good and isn't strangled by the standard manifold anymore :)

For the first time since early 2010 I went out for a drive in my mini for no real reason.

The rebuild of my car started early last year it has only done a few miles but today I went out for a proper drive to give it a bit of a shakedown. I did 75 miles and I only had to stop to reconnect a speaker wire to the amp.

I seem to have an issue that when I flash the main beam the radio cuts out but if thats all I've got to sort then I'm very happy.
