Ok my first problem with my new mini, The wiper motor wheels seem to turn in the wiper arms, this means they get stuck or fall below the windscreen. Do i need to replace both wiper wheels and arms? or is there an easier/cheaper way to fix this.
Also let me know if there is any quick fix you know just in case it rains later.
Cheers

ok one more thing, this maybe a silly question but when i had a look at my battery (I'll admit it took me 5 minutes before i looked in the boot) the negative terminal is connected only to the chassy, is this normal?

take the arms off - if the raised ridges are missing from the inside then replace them - if the raised ridges are missing from the mechanism in teh scuttle you'll have to replace that! it's not too hard a job though!
