I'v looked at the oil recommeded by austin, because I'v got the books it came with and it says use these:
Unipart - Unipart sureflow 10W/40
BP - BP visco nova 10W/30
Castrol - Castrolite 10W/40
Duckhmas - Duckhams 10W/40
Esso - Esso superlube + 10W/40
Mobil - Mobil super 10W/40
Petrofina - Fina supergrade 10W/40
Shell - Shell super 10W/30 or Shell quadro 10W/40
Texaco - Eurotex 10W/30 or havoline 10W/30
Do these oils still exist and what type do I need i.e thick, thin, syinthetic etc?
Also I'm not sure if it has the right amout of anti-freeze in it, I'v looked at the bottle and it looks low but I cant find any marks saying high or low? if I do need anti freeze what sort do I need and how much?
Sorry to be a pain in the arse with all these questions but I would be really really greatful if you could help me on this.
Cheers

It's only £9 a gallon, and you'll need a little over a gallon.
