I don't see it need be an endorsement, any more than a magazine or football match program endorses its sponsor ads.

You should consider making it a 'keeper' by incorporating something useful, like an events calendar - it could also link in to some event specific promos.

Ethel, what a great idea. but that would be eating away at pages with so far we have 2 for covers 1 for coupons, so we would need to have more pages which if the traders are happy paying for would be no problem.

Any ideas on what else apart from a calender ?

You could put coupons on a loose insert (photocopy) if you wanted to make them event specific. Calendar could go on the back, rather than a full calendar , with empty dates, it could be a fun graphic - Mini themed snakes 'n ladders or treasure map style.

Thats a good idea. about the photo copy to make it event specific as its only around £25 per 2000 of them. That again would have to be a group decision.

Would it be ok if i made a post in the mini chat section. asking people what they would like to see in such a book ?

Also Bec pointed out what if a trader joins after the printing has been done?
well i think that once the supply of books is running low. a re-order would be needed and this would be the chance to add more pages.

We have discussed this in the staff room and have agreed that we will endorse this, are happy for TMF to be associated with the leaflet and have it handed out at club stands.

Obviously, we will request that any traders that bring the forum into disrepute are removed from the leaflet and Ideally that some (if not all) provide some sort of offer or discount for TMF+ members.

Look forward to seeing the finished product at future shows

Here also is a PM from Verns Playmate.

I forgot to say I'd be more than happy to hand out the booklets on club stands - the next one I'm doing is Bristol but most of them until Oct/Nov are being done by the.stroker. I'm sure he'll be more than happy to hand them out too.

With that approval is anyone else willing to put there name down?

Good news... a few question:

1) what is the list of traders?

2) how much is it for a page?

3) when do you need the artwork by?

4) how many booklets are being done?

5) is this simply going to be handed out by TMF members from the TMF stand at shows?

1. The list of current traders is on the front page, but a mass pm will be sent out tonight by minimadjonsey. (if all is well)
2. The price of each page will vary on the amount of traders who put there names down by the 31st
3. The artwork will be needed on the 7th of june
4. The amount of booklets will either be 1000 or 500, which will be put into a poll.
5. Yes the book will be handed out via TMF stands at shows'/events

Also payment will be needed up front. from each party, on which date will be the 10th of june, as long as all artwork is in.
