Interesting that Alex Moulton would suggest his system was responsible for the mini's good handling despite the fact the rubber cone was far preferred but rally drivers, in fact Paddy Hopkirk in 1964ish and asked to buy my dad's red 1275 Cooper S as he could not cope with the hydrolastic suspension arrangement, my Dad did however decline and kept his cooper S for a few more years.
