thats quite a dramatic improvement mate. im after doing something like that with my grill, it just needs a bit of tidying after the last owner removed the BL badge, the holes look a bit rough. How did you achieve that finish? Bit of wet and dry and the good o`l spinny polishing thing of death?

Jus nitromorsed it and then cleaned all the residue off with a bit of white spirit, no need for any sanding or pollishing
