G'day All,

Do these casting numbers mean anything?
Cast on the head beside the thermostat housing.

Not realy, the main casting number is normall between the 4th and 5th pushrod holes which determins the type of head..

The rest is normally indicated by the engine number of the block from when it came, like valve sizes etc, and this is especially true for 1275 heads for which pretty much all are 12G940 castings.
