Brian's just been in touch and hes going to a fair in a couple of weeks and one of his suppliers should be there. I'l keep you updated on that.
Suggestions for the model design are welcome. I'm considering opening this up to the forum's and then passing them on to taffy's wife Marie and her and the kids can decide which one they like best.
So, if you want to knock anything up then please do so, get it onto photobucket to save on forum bandwidth and we'l pick the winner by the 9th June.

I think it should be based on his car IMO, as I only ever knew him through his avatar picture.

It is going to be the Vittesse model of the Mainstream cooper, in the same livery as Taffy's.. Red with a white roof and bonnet stripes. The idea is to get some small decals made up with his name on for the roof or similar Tom. Even if its just "Taffy1967" It will make it that extra bit special

Definitely want one one of these. As for the design, maybe just a well reproduced mainstream with Taffy1967 on the numberplates and a special plaque on the stand with a tribute to the great man himself.
