right after a few hard laps around knockhill a had to start pumping the clutch a good few times to get the stick to go into gear , and on the 5th race it just wouldnt go into gear , so had to limp bk to the pits, im thinking the seals are away on the clutch cylinder ? a checked the clutch fluid and it was half empty

any ideas guys and girls?

Definitely got a leak from somewhere, if you can't identify where its coming from replace items by cheapness, clutch pipe, slave, then master.

check that theres not anyfluid leaking out the end of your slave cylinder, and running down the back of the clutch cover.

its best 2 buy a new slave cylinder if its leaking, there not expensive and saves you messing about fitting them, and if its the master cylinder, the bore gets worn,so fitting new seals might not stop it from leaking.

right today i blead the clutch , and i seen that the master cylinder cap was leaking so i had to use the cap of a cola bottle  intill i can get another one anyways i can get gears now better than before but still the pedal isnt right and the bite point of the clutch is right at the bottom, im thinking slave cyliner or the clutch needs adjusted ? anyone ?

many thanks :cheese:
