am i missing these

Yes you are missing the radiator bracket in the inset picture, you have the other one in the photo you posted

but i dont have the bracket above the red arrow

You do have that bracket but yours mounts the rad from the side, maybe this is a revision. I have never touched one of the later mini's 90> so I am not sure about that

why are the nut holes at different angles in black and white diagram they are adjacent to bracket on the red one they ae parrallel to the bracket

I cant help on that question. But that bracket is the only one I have known.
Maybe someone else will know

is the bolt shown with number 5 on it infront of the radiator

That would actually be beneath the radiator

isit two lower mounts then the two tie-rods

Different models had different mounts, they all have two engine mounts, one top engine steady and some have one gearbox steady
