I am looking for some help regarding what I have been told were "Austin" or "Mini" engines. I have hit roadblock after roadblock. I know little about engines, and even less about these cars. Exactly what I would like to know is what the application is for some engines I have come into ownership of. I have serial numbers for each, but the Mini dealer is telling me I need VIN numbers to find the application. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The serial numbers all begin with 99H834V.....
They are 99H8347H4517
99H159H21302
99H834VH6196
99H834VH6420

I would like to know what these engines can be put into, or what they came out of. Year, make, would be great.
