Lol, not a label junkie these days, but saving my D&G jeans for drivers side, Miss Sixty for her side lol

Its worth it......

Spent the last 2 hours sewing..... as you can tell I am a man and no good at it, but at least it's hand made and hand sewn.

Finished off one card, 3 to go. Cant wait not.

Here's the finished passenger rear card, just need to put in car tomo now and take pics.

Still working on the cards, will post pics when finished, thinking of having headlining done, but not sure if it will be too much ??

I know the dash will look awesome once finished, which i will start in a couple of weeks.....

Quick update, now the weather is better its time to get the panels finished, been busy with work etc so the time has come to get the car on the road.

Ordered my 2 front plain door cards today. Just need them covered in denim.
Will look awesome once finished, totally different to the normal vinyl.

Quick up date after nearly 2 years. Rear cards will be fitted in next 2 days, pics to follow.

I'm sure there was a VW Beetle Denim special edition back in the 70's or 80's with denim seats and door cards etc.

 

I rebuilt one of these a few years ago.  Was a 1971 I think.  Body was a failry deep yeallow with interior trim in demin.  All brightwork and wheels were matt black.  Was a fairly smart car but I no longer have it

Got a bit of a problem that the top part that slides under the lip is to fat with the seams so will retrim and try again soon

I think they look terrible, not my taste at all.
