hiya im after a rollover jig for my clubman estate has anyone got any plans on how to make one or know where i can buy one
ive looked but can find any :D

they also do the plans to suit, not to bad for what you get but their in the states so might be some duty....

It's dark out now but will measure up my spit tomorrow and post dimensions for you

You'll need square tubing and a scaffold pole, make life so much easier working on the underside

You'll need square tubing and a scaffold pole, make life so much easier working on the underside

Dan, I'll measure mine if minim@t doesn't come up with the goods, though it's a saloon so the length will be too short for you. Either way, I'd recommend linking the two stands together and putting the whole thing on castors, it makes life sooooo easy.

I used a a scaffold pole, two triangular constructions scrounged from work and a couple of roof joists to link the uprights together. A universal scaffold clamp split in half locks the thing at any angle.

Mines the kit from ebay,

Excuse the crude paint image, very basic in design but works a treat, ive 2 half poles with a joint in the middle, makes it easier to store but for your clubby should be long enough to fit,

I got one of them for me van.... don't forget that the mounting points for an estate are different to the saloon... ;)
