Havent been on the forum in a while but this summer was the first summer of using my mini after the resto was complete in may this year . Here is some pictures taken over that time.

The body shell is more or less standard .I removed the mirrors that were on the car and any other features that were not standard , The engine is a 1380cc running 106bhp , I modified the engine bay as it was my prefered way to have it .

Very nice.
Personally I would fit period hoses as the silicon type shout at me. Maybe it's just me?

If I had a standard engine I would have kept it as close to period as possible . There is that much non standard bits and peices in the engine bay I went for the silicon anyway as I wasnt going for original . But yes they do stick out abit for that year of car etc .

The wheels are Dunlop LP918/'reverse rims', 5x10"

This car came up on eBay the other week as a bare shell

Looks to have had photos stolen from here doubt it was genuine.
