haynes manual.

you need to tap into the blue/white wire that comes off the stalks. Wire that through a switch to a relay (mounted on the inner wing so it's close to the starter terminal.) Then you use the relay to power the lamps. I think i posted a wiring diagram on here not long ago, so have a search for my posts.

you'll see the numbers on the bottom of the relay itself.

no i meant, does it matter which numbers each thing is in?
or can they be in any of them?

Yes it matters. 2 terminals energize a coil in the relay which pulls a switch inside making the circuit for the other 2 terminals.

I wanted to add similar either 4 spots or 2 fogs and 2 spots. Did I read correctly in that none of the spots can not be used for 'low beam' head lights? This is what they are on practically all the time until you venture in to the countryside etc.
I wanted to add spots to give a bit more better head lights on low beam but would i be better off upgrading my head lights? if i cant use the spots on 'low beam'?

i just remember same as knowing what gear im in, i always remember to switch them off with oncomeing traffic unless the on coming guy has HID's



Im pretty sure you have to have a "tell tale" light or reminder.
