I don't know if this is the right area. But I really like the look of the mk 1 and wondered if people wouldn't mind posting pictures of theirs.

Not exactly a mk1 look-a-like, but still a mini with genuine mk1 parts/features witch is still work in progress.

P700 headlamps and mk1 grill, but I’m too tight to buy the surround.

Here's our 1960 Austin Seven. She's a lot better than when we first bought her but still has a few little bits to put right....

What a delightful looking Mini. You should be very proud of it and it is just so evocative of those happy times in the early 60's when motoring was so much more fun.

Driving her does take you back and she is good fun but feels terribly slow, but in a good way.:) Mk1s out of all minis, do seem to bring back the most memories for people.
