Anyone any idea of value?

2 versions of valuation for me

1) Well, it's not standard, and it would cost £1000's to put right :- £2000 max

Or

2) oh, so beautiful and it's everything I ever wanted already done and tested £8000

or somewhere in between.

I think the difficulty might be getting the right buyer, to pay what you think it's worth, but that someone will be out there somewhere.

The car is 90% prepaired for hill climb/ sprint needs fire extinguisher and bulkhead behind clocks fireproofing, boot and rest of front bulkhead is already done, battrey cut out has been done and all roll cage mount correct size and welded in.
F.I.A towing eyes tilton bias brake valve fitted, roof lining is still in place as per regulations, i also have door cards, fia seats and harnesses.
so not really a practical road car.
i was thinking around £6500 to £7000 with all the spares and the brand new sccr box with stright cut drop gears.
steel flywheel lightened cooper's steel back plate, rose jointed front end.

I think that your car looks great. With the state of the economy and the mini market your price seems fair. It is a bit of a special car though so you may need to hang on in there for the right buyer.

Good luck with the sale.

if that's what someone is willing to pay for it then i'd say that's what it's worth if you need to get rid - maybe you'll just have to sit on it for a while until the right buyer comes along, not try and flog it at some hill climb events?!
