Hello,

I need some of these spacers to fit my doors mk1

http://www.somerford....roducts_id=310

Somerfords are out of stock, cant see anyone else who sells them, so I thought I will just make some.

Could someone please let me know the size of them and the angle.

Thanks Dave

Take a length of 1/2" diameter aluminum rod. Drill a 1/4" hole through the center. Cut a "wedge" off the rod by angling the hacksaw blade at about 15-20 degrees. That gives you one washer. Make your second cut at 90 degrees and you will get a second washer. Repeat until you get all you need. Use a coarse file to remove burs and saw marks from the angled surface.
