I would say no, although i am not sure what gun that is.
The suction fed guns draw paint up the tube, that split would means it would draw air instead of paint as the level dropped as air would be easier to draw.
So basically the pipe is split.
You could try soldering it as pretty much anything else would get eaten away by thinners.
You can get a basic spray semi decent gun for about £40 ish.
You can pay hundreds for a good gun, but it all depends on what you are using it for, ie beginner or professional use.
