Do any of the common split rim companies do split rims with an appropriate offset and width to enable me to continue running arch less?

force racing.

I don't think Carl can get a small enough outer, I think I have the smallest he does and I need arches..

I thought he could, my bad.

What about back mounting the outer?

From the website:

Rim combinations are as follows- We now have even more tooling to produce a wider range of rims, now up to a max of 10" wide.

Inner Rims- 2" - 2.1/2" - 3" - 3.1/2" - 3.3/4 - 4"- 4 3/8" - 4 3/4"

Outer Rims- 2"- 2 1/2 - 3" - big 3" - 3.5" - [95mm, Miglia spec outer] - 4"- 4 1/4"- 4 1/2" - 5"

From that I'd reckon you could piece together a set to fit under the body without arches?

Since the smallest outer available there is a 2" , even if you ran 2" inner and 2" outer with face mounted centers, your offset would still be too low for an archless car. (10x4 ~ ET 7mm)

These are the 3-piece wheels I picked up for an archless car. 10x4 with high offsets akin to the rosepetals/minilites/steelies often found on archless cars.

I've also found the "big dish 10" section below with the following info. If you had a 3" inner and a 1" outer you could make it work... that would be around +25 on a 4" wide wheel

Or 1" outer and 4" inner would be around +38 on a 5" wheel

Individual spun rim widths are, 1", 2", 2.5",  3" and 4".

Customers should look to use either the 3" or 4" rims as inners, and then adding any of the other 5 choices to the outside.

Yeah, if you can find 10x1" , 10x0.5", or 10x0" lips, you should be able to make it work.

Here they are on the car - the shell is going to be stripped down and built up from scratch with MiniTec subs and a VTEC engine. I could not resist chucking them on though.

there is something absolutly wiked about a standard mini with normal looks with some sweeet rims and arches.  id VTEC it, for sure, but keep the exterior as is.  with them wheels, tub the rear arches and sit it low low low.  will look so so nice!!

and be bloody fast!!!

Hmmmm, I've just bought some Exactons. I'm still undecided whether to run archless on genuine 10x5 Minilites or save up for some Rose Petals...... OR get my Exactons split and painted Connaught Green (same as bodywork) GAH!!! decisions!
